Infinite Care Uniform Ordering Information

Infinite Care  and Fresh Work Wear have developed an exciting range of mix-and-match garments to create a smart and functional uniform for everyone. The entire range has been selected in consultation with many team members  to make sure we have the best solution to meet your everyday needs.

This unique collection offers staff plenty of choice and promotes a unified professional image for the entire Infinite Care team.

Choice is one of the key factors of the new range. You have a wide range of items so that you can select garments that best suit your personal style, work role and budget.

PLACING AN ORDER

Log onto the website at http://www.freshinfin8uniforms.com.au to easily order your uniform. All orders should be submitted online. You can ask someone in your administration team to assist you if you have some difficulty with online ordering.

WHAT WILL I NEED TO COMPLETE MY ORDER?

You will need your staff ID and email address as per below example to complete the ordering process. Your employee number appears in brackets when you clock on/off your shifts at the TimeTarget kiosk. It also appears on your pay slip information. If you are unsure, just ask an admin team member to look it up for you

CAN I SELECT FROM DIFFERENT WORK ROLE OPTIONS ?

The Uniform website is divided into different work streams. Uniforms have been selected to suit staff in these different areas, however if you would like to order something from Care and you work in Admin (for example) this is fine. The only items that are exclusive are the maintenance range and Chefs wear. Item in these categories can only be worn by staff in these work streams.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

At the checkout point of the ordering process you will notice the option to pay by credit card or payroll deduction. If you choose the payroll deduction option you will have up to a maximum of 3 pay periods to pay for the uniforms. A payroll deduction will only be applied where the value of the order is in excess of $40.  The final amount of your order will be automatically deducted from your fortnightly pay. Deductions will not start until the uniforms are delivered to your site.

SIZING

Each garment on the website will have a size guide attached. Please use the guide upon placing your order and allow 3-5cm on top to ensure a comfortable fit. Another great option is to look in your work place for some one of a similar size and see what they are wearing, this is a good way to get an idea of the fit and feel of a uniform item.

A size range is located in Adelaide of most care styles. From time to time this will be available at your site for fittings. Alternatively it will be kept upstairs in the HR office at the Klemzig site. EXCHANGES/RETURNS

If you receive an item that does not fit, you can return them to Fresh Workwear and we will exchange the size for you. Exchanges are only permitted for a different size in the same garment style.

Please ensure you fill out the Return Form from the website and include it with the item.

Note:

  • Size exchange requests are for the same style only
  • Garments must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Garments must be unworn and in a re-sellable condition with tags attached

FAULTY/INCORRECT RETURNS

Any faulty or incorrect items supplied can also be returned to the above address and a replacement will be organised.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED

Changes can only be made to orders that have not been processed.

DELIVERY TIMES

Fresh Work Wear will be keeping the most popular styles in stock to fill orders efficiently.

Most orders will be despatched within 2 weeks of order placement. If an item is unavailable you will receive a back order slip indicating when it will be sent.
